If you are having raw foods for the first time or just beginning to

experiment, it is wise to start slowly to give the body time to adjust to

the new, beneficial bacteria that come with these foods. I started with

one chicken breast and ate just one big bite the first day. 3 days later I

ate 2 big bites, etc. After two-and-a-half years I can eat any amount I

want with no upsets. It'll be different for each person.
