Guest guest
Hi I had to reply to this - because we found the perfect chair for Finlay - after trying heaps - it is an italian made chair but readily available here in New Zealand - so I would imagine you can get it in the staets - it is called " Prima Pappa " and made by peg perego. It cost approximately $300 NZD ( can't convert to USD but I think 49US cents buys a NZ dollar...) Anyway it is ergonomically designed so it is very comfortable and Finlay fits very snuggly. It has several height positions and several reclining positions ( this was particularaly useful when Finlay was younger and found it hard to hold his head up for sustained periods) It also has a tray which removes completely and the chair can be put up to the table instead. It's on wheels so can move around easily. It also comes in a range of Funky colours - we have a lime green one - ( you can get it in while/blue as well though!!!) The straps are a bit big for Finlay but I just cross them over and do them up as tightly as possible and they fit just fine. Good luck - it never easy finding the right chair - but its very important - especially when eating is such a big deal for these kids! Hope this helps (mum to Finlay 17mths ??RSS) > We are having difficulty finding a high chair that will > fit Jake correctly. Currently he is 27 inches and about > 14 pounds. My son is almost the same size as yours and we have been using the Peg Perego we had for our other child about a year. The chair has a lot of cushioning and seems to fit a small child well.
