Guest guest
Best bet probably is to make up all the pancakes and then freeze them. They toast up pretty well. Going on the theory that there are no 'stupid questions' (put out by school teachers encouraging students to ask questions)..... I have made too much of traditional pancake mix in NT.....I soaked the flour overnight and have added the eggs, etc.....can I put it in the refrigerator to use tmrw? Should I leave it out? Should I toss it? Should I cook it all and freeze the pancakes? Thanks so much for your help! Jane
Guest guest
I generally cook a ton and freeze the rest, making it easier for days when I don't have the energy or time to do much (just pop them frozen into the toaster - just like the ones they sell in the freezer at the store). rochester@... ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Click here for the best diet and nutrition information you will ever find! www.westonaprice.org ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* " I dropped the idea that I was an expert, whose job it was to fill the little heads with my expertise, and began to explore how I could remove those obstacles that prevented the inherent genius of children from gathering itself. Guest guest
I would think putting it in the refridgerator would be fine. People make those bran muffins that have eggs in it and it is supposed to be fine in the fridge for six weeks. The mayo from NT is made from eggs and it lasts in the fridge for a while also.
