I went into the WelkerOSSG postings and found this from yesterday.

was discharged on Tuesday and was very relieved to be going

home. She seemed very anxious to continue on her road to recovery.

i hope she'll be posting soon to let us know how she's doing.

is still in 6cva, i visited with her & her friend, marcia,

today. is still very tired and sleepy. marcia told me that

mary asked to be weened off the meds a little so that she would be

more alert, but by early afternoon requested they be taken back

to the previous level. marcia seemed fairly confident that mary

would be discharged on thursday.

i'll be stopping in on mary again tommorow before her discharge so

i'll update yall on her again then.

I also visited with joe & joy today. joe seemed to breeze thru the

skin grafting procedure. Probably because compared to all the other

surgeries, this one was simple. He seemed very energetic and

talkative. He seemed only seconds away from jumping out of bed to

show the bari-bed tech how to operate the bed. I think it won't be

long before he's taking care of himself. He has too much energy and

spirit to stay in that bed much longer, not with out drugs anyway.LOL.
