Guest guest
Hi Friends The following was e-mailed to me and it made me think of all of us here on the WLS email links because every so often the subject of drinking soda makes its way through our postings. Some of us can drink it, some choose not to. Some Docs forbid it, some don't. Some of us are afraid of it because of the carbonation and some of us fear the phosphorous will rob the calcium from our bones. In any event, I am sure many will find the following to be an interesting read. I don't know if it is true; I didn't check the facts! Is there a chemist or trivia buff in our midst who might know? If it IS true, we have no business drinking it, regardless of our surgical status! Sounds to me like there are better things to do with Coke than drinking it! Happy reading!
