I still read the archives and am happy some more sufferers have found a tooth connection. I just read that some are continuing to itch but without the usual hives. This is similar to my experience and my feelings are once the source of the infection has been removed the immune system needs to wind down and return to normal. I I continue CU free but an occasional itch here and there, which is probably normal but after 4 years of daily CU even a normal itch raises the fear that it's back. I have often thought that the antihistamines might play some part it the body's ability to produce histamine. I imagine that some histamine is normal and when suppressed by an antihistamine the body's response is to produce more. Pure guess on my part, I would be interested in Myra's thoughts on this. Please pass this along and if anyone would like to write please feel free. Regards C.
