Guest guest
YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-good morning all-great news-I had a bone scan yesterday. I am 49 years old, 7 1/2 years post op and am in menopause-due to the first scan results, the tech did a second, then she did another-couldn't believe the results-I have the bones of a 25 year old women-YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! What a relief! After reading so many posts about the issues of distals, I was really concerned, but I guess some of us do get the calcium to our bones. All these years of doing my supplements and protein shakes (130 grams of pre-digested whey liquid protein)has really paid off. So for all of your out there that are afraid to do the test-go for it and for those of you who slack off on your supplements and protein-it is not worth the risk-why go through everything we go through and then not be healthy-believe me-it is well worth the expense and hassle to stay compliant-anyway enough of the lectures! Just wanted to share my good news! Have a wonderful day! Regards, EJ Reece pre op 270 BMI 41 24/26 post op 135 BMI 20 6/8 Open RNY Dr. S. Ross Fox-Tacoma WA Lots of Plastics!
