Is Herseys brand cocoa gfcf? I saw on the list that another brand was,

but couldnt find it. I want to try to make oreos tomorrow.

Also, what can I use in the recipe instead of crisco since my son is

allergic to soy? would coconut butter work?

Yes, Hershey's Cocoa is gfcf. I verified with the company. I would

appreciate it if you could either post the recipe for your cookies or e-mail

me privately. I would love to make Oreo's for my son.
