Guest guest Posted March 29, 2002 Report Share Posted March 29, 2002 Whups, I forgot to mention that as the endothelium becomes dysfunctional, it takes longer and longer for insulin to cross it. This increasing lag time would explain why both insulin levels and blood sugar levels are a problem in diabetics and insulin resistant people.
