just dropping by to say hello

Hello All,

I just want to let everyone know I am doing very well. It is a little

difficult to sit up for a prolonged period of time but all in all I am

progressing wonderfully. It has been two weeks and 3 of my 4 drains have

been removed. The doctors are saying that I am healing very well, better

than average. My incision is 32 inches with no sign of infection or

separation, the PS is thrilled. In the mist of the surgery they discovered

that not only was my hernia larger than they thought it would be, but also I

had two additional hernias right next to it. The good news is my belly no

longer sits on my lap. I am presently bellyless (hooray!). Oh well I hear

my bed calling me. I will write again tomorrow. I wish you all well. Take
