- My daughter can't tolerate Cod, soy or corn. We have had to result

to Shark liver oil. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids and fish derived vitamin

A. That is what is important in a fish oil. Shark oil is VERY expensive,

but is the only one I have found that has no soy, or glycerin in it. Halibut

oil is good for vitamin A(very inexpensive) and Salmon oil is good for the

Omega 3's.
