Dave,

You specified this on my parcel. They still charged me VAT and import. I

argued with them. They wouldn't budge. I phoned customs. They said that

because the items were non script, they were non specific to my child. To

them CLO is CLO. It is interesting to see the non uniformity on this

matter.
