Pretty much just on my head. We Norwegians with the redwood legs don't have

much other hair. I think I shaved a total of five hairs off my legs in the

last couple of months.

Aw, Kirstie, that's too bad. I bet the two inches I need cut don't really

weigh the couple of pounds I've been deducting either then.

Definitely subtract the weight of finger nails and hair - that's fiber deduction in it's purest form. ;-)

I have scales with little markers on the side to keep track of your current weight. Without my glasses, I can tell if the pointer on the dial is lined up with the marker, but I can't see the actual lines to tell how much I weigh. I have to bend over and read where the pointer is. So weighing for me is a form of exercise - a series of bends and stretches as I adjust the marker to line up with the pointer and then finally get to bend over and see what my weight actually is.

And mighty thick ones, too!

Suzy (trying to balance a bag of sugar on her nose to see what 4.7 pound

glasses would feel like!)
