Guest guest
In the Schwarzbein Principle she mentions that some people can't sleep if they go too low on carbs. But, I felt awful a couple of months ago. Went to the MD. Turned out I had mononucleosis. Which I had in high school. I did some research. It never goes away. It will lie dormant for years. But if you get run down it can re-occur. Well, I had jumped onto NT, which requires a lot of preparation when compared to heating up a frozen dinner. I was running 5 miles a day, almost 5 days a week, and heavy weight lifting 2 days a week. And I forgot, I am not 25 any more! Oh forgot to mention working more than 40 hours a week. Guest guest
Some good info there WEll i know that amale reaches his peak in his late 0's ( barring wearing out joints from excessive exercise ect ) So that isnt it. + i have had close to 3 weeks off ( up until a few days ago ) from exercise as was recovering from infury to joint. I am also thinking including a potatoe at dinner would suffice enough carbs? however i could be way wrong. Its not my energy level that was of concern though. It was just he feeling of eyes hangin out of head like i hadnt slept. realyl wierd. > >thanks for all you input. Coconut milk or oil might help but its something you'll need to see a professional about. Thyroid will throw your sleep off wheather you realize it or not. Guest guest
Depends on how many carbs you want for dinner. A potato or a half potato with butter or 1/3 to 1/2 cup of brown rice. Mononucleosis can take 3 months to a year to recover. Some people on low carb diets claim they have a lot of energy. But I felt I was running on no sleep.

If you are on a low carb diet then you can increase the raw fats (uncooked, please) and your energy level will likely increase. Fats burn slowly giving even energy throughout a much longer period and do not cause energy " peaks " as carbs do. You might also try green juice - celery (70%), parsley (15%), zuchinni (15%) made from organic vegetables (about three 6-8 ounce glasses between meals). -=mark=-
Guest guest
Could be allergies. In spring it seems mold with me due to rain. Who knows what garbage from factory emissions is in it? I've been trying to eat fewer processed carbs and I feel a bit like you're describing some days. Seems almost like a dizziness and lightheadedness. I may have to go back to more wholewheat. I didn't stop eating wheat but I've sure slowed down on it since hearing about all it's side effects. Did you try more raw fats as someone suggested? Or the fresh juices?
