Guest guest
Thanks so much for the date! med. Re: strange question about vaginal discomfort Hi Tammy, Excess estrogen can cause weight gain in the hips, tummy and thighs. It's a vicious cycle, the more weight you have, the more estrogen you are producing and the lower your progesterone is going. Estrogen kinda reminds me of SOME men. They love to be the dominant figure!...LOL Estrogen is the same way and when it is the dominant hormone it can cause a lot of unwanted symptoms. I am getting ready to get on a National Conference Call in about 20 minutes that discusses this very thing and is a real eye opener. If you're interested in getting in on this call, it's open to the public. It starts at 9am PST, 10am MT, 11am CT or 12 noon EST. The phone number is Access Code is 753375# As for what I use to balance my hormones, I use the Endau natural progesterone cream amongst other nutritional supplements. Blessings,Rhondawww.hormonalhappiness.com ----- Original Message ----- From: Tammy Wolfgram Hi Rhonda, Can you tell us more about the hormonal imbalance and what kinds of natural products you use to help regain balance? I took a peek at your web page, and although I don't have a lot of the symptoms listed, I feel hot a lot. This is particularly odd since I'm hypo. I think part of this has to do with the fact that I am overweight, as I will get hot quite easily from moving around, but I noted in your note to Ata that you can become imbalanced due to the fat making estrogen. Thanks in advance! Tammy
