Guest guest
Hello Folks, On Thursday, April 11th, we (the Wayne and Janet Brunner and Tim Wightman) will be making a trip to Madison, Wisconsin (our state Capitol). We have been invited to speak before the Board of Directors of the DATCP concerning our legal battle over raw milk sales. Though we will only be allowed approximately 15 minutes to " give our side of the story " , we need to present as much information as possible to " get their attention " to our plight. We have feverishly put together a 3 ring binder containing several hundred pages of information about the " raw milk issue " and our fight with the DATCP over raw milk sales. Our intention is to give each of the board members a copy of this binder to take home with them to read. The binder will be able to say what we will not be given time to say during our talk. If the board members take the time to read the information contained in the binder, they will become better informed of the issue, and more able to understand what we are fighting for. There is one thing though that the binder of information does not contain however - and this is where I am asking for your help. We do not have " the voice of the people " in writing. We feel that the DATCP needs to hear from the people that are affected by state laws that would prevent them from consuming raw milk, and how the people feel about the charges against us. We need to fight for our rights here, and show them how many people care! It's too late to ask our cow owners to write letters to insert into the binder - our meeting is just 2 days away. But - if we were to have a few letters from people here on the list or elsewhere, we would be able to print them out and enclose them in each of the 30 binders before our meeting on Thursday. Can you help us? Can you give us your comments and concerns and backing in writing? If you would like to help in our fight, please write directly to us at wajabrun@... or go to our website at http://www.midvalleyvu.com/ and put your comments and concerns directly into our Guest Book. We can print out each email, as well as the complete guest book to enclose in the binder. The more letters and Guest Book entries we have, the more backup we will have showing the Board of Directors how the people feel! We feel this will help our case in a very positive way - and thank everyone that responds to this plea for help. Sincerely. Wayne & Janet Brunner wajabrun@... Guest guest
See my entry in your web site's " Guest Book " . May the hearts and minds of these public servants be blessed with the light of true knowledge of life that you will present to them and may they exercise wisdom and love for their fellow people and for the generations to come. - ------------------ --- Wayne and Janet Brunner <wajabrun@...> wrote: " ...
