Alena's Mayo Appeal Update

Alena's Appeal Update, her appeal was denied as " A referral to a non-Plan provider is only made when we are not able to provide a covered service. A written or verbal recommendation by a Plan Physician that you obtained non-covered services (whether Medically Necessary or not) is not considered a Referral and the service is not covered. So back at square one for me. I will appeal it again. Love, ~Alena's Mom
