definitely read it before you decide to withdraw from drugs as it

gives you a safe protocol to follow.

from what i remember, and in my grossly unscientific terms, prozac

and other SSRI's " work " by keeping serotonin longer in between the

synapses. the brain doesn't just sit idly by and watch. it senses

that not so much serotonin is needed and starts to decrease

production. i think that it also starts to kill off the nerve

endings. some damage could be permanent.

sorry that i don't remember more. i used the bk to get my mother off

antidepressants and to get the drs to reverse their " diagnosis " of

early alzheimers. scary stuff.
