Not the vioxx and the celebrex. Definitely not. I'll be happy to

forward a story by a woman who took vioxx after surgery..

My Doc prescribed Ultraset. I don't see it on the list. I wonder if

it is a variation of Ultram????

I think this list is valuable info and should be added to the files

derived from Tremadol and my Dr. gave it to me also nad i take it with a

shake ,and it is

good for me ,just my 2 cents Ethel

Here's my comments re: Tramadol (Ultram).

* It was supposed to be as effective as opiates but non-narcotic and

therefore non-addictive. It has since been discovered that it is HIGHLY

addictive.

* I was givien a Rx for Tramadol after a car accident broke my sternum

(breastbone) and was quite effective. I am also a methadone paatient and

was not informed that Tramadol counteracts the methadone. Needless to say I

ended up extremely sick (anyone with opiate knowledge will know exactly what

I mean by " sick " ) and it was not a fun experience. I threw it all out.
