Ahh speaking of manure. It occurs to me that cow Patty is a dairy cow. What

she produces is a dairy product. She produces milk and manure daily. Selling

or giving away unpasteurized dairy is illegal in TN. I must pasteurize

Patty's manure before letting the neighbors have some.

The things that come into the mind while doing evening milking will never

cease to amaze me.
