The electric separator does too good a job, I need to add in some fresh to

make it easier to make.

Any special reason? Also: what do you use to churn with?

You actually use an old fashioned butter churn? Amazing! Do you wash it out

each time? Is it wooden? How much cream do you churn and why do you need fresh

milk to churn it with?
