See if you can find the tincture of the flowering plant in alcohol. Take about 15 drops, if it doesn't help then another 15 in 1/2 hour. If that doesn't do it, it won't, but it has with all my friends. Belinda LaBelle Acres www.labelleacres.com

It worked miracles for my wife, and I've read other accounts of it being very beneficial even for more severe cases like endometriosis. ****Darn! darn! darn! darn! I was afraid someone might say that! LOL I am a carbo-holic. Although, I must admit i eat far fewer grains now than pre NT/WAP. But I do love starchy veggies, and also like a slice of toast with breakfast (which these days is often sprouted). Non-carbing (or low-carbing) is no fun for my taste buds/cravings, but if it might reduce the cramps, I've got to give it a try. Thanks! Guest guest
>>No, I'm losing (not fast though). How much concentrated carbs are you eating? Cut back. How much discrete fat? It amazes me when I hear folks talking about eating bunches of fat seperately. Yes, it's great energy food, great fat-soluble vites etc...but it's also 9 calories a gram, and my metabolism at least can't handle it. How much raw veggie are you getting? I eat hardly any concentrated carbs now. I have been eating alot of fat (thinking that this was more important than protein) Not much in the way of raw veggies, except for lacto fermented ones...I guess they aren't really " raw. " I think my downfall may be those crispy nuts. Sonja
