The paper linked off the STTM website said that it was contraindicated for those with autoimmunity, but Ech. has traditionally been thought to be *good* for the immune system (although this is in the context of a normal system..) I haven't noticed anything unusual going on with my diabetes (T1) since starting IC - if anything my blood sugars have *improved* since I think I've found a proper dosage of Armour/IC.
