Guest guest
I don't know where there might be good info, but I can tell you this. I was VERY irregular all my life...one or two periods a year usually. And once I started this WOE it came like clockwork every month. I think if you're already regular it can throw a wrench in at first, but then seems to settle into a normal pattern again. I also know people who've had really hard periods that say they are MUCH better since starting this. Cool, huh? Guest guest
Dawn, If infertility is due to PCOS, there is some evidence that low carbing will help the PCOS, thereby improving chances of fertility. I don't know of any other studies on infertility not resulting from PCOS. Terry168/158.75/156 (minigoal)/ ?
