Jeanne,

Those people who have Systemic Masto (SM) usually do not have

Urticaria Pigmentosa (UP) unless they had UP as children and the

course of their illness switched to include SM. Most people who have

SM have one or more of the physical urticarias, often with shocking.

The most common urticaria to SM is Dermographia...... then heat or
