I have made both. The sprouted were too hard to chew...there is no way I can

find to grind those wheat berries to a smooth enough consistency that there is

not any " berry " left to dry out and get hard as little rocks. The soaked ones

are great. Maybe use part water for the yogurt so they're not quite as tangy.

Could add a little honey. Also, make sure you roll them out very thin and brush

with butter. All my family loves them.
