Guest guest
Has anyone heard of or tried this? This is from Dr. Mercola's Eating Plan. If you did it, would you then soak it after dry-frying it, or not? " Dry Fried Rice : Rice normally should be avoided if you need to lower your insulin levels. However clinically it appears that if one fries the rice until golden brown with NO oil, the rice structure changes. It can then be cooked normally and this form of cooking will release the rice sugar more slowly into the blood and will not cause as much of a challenge to insulin control. The mind must be manured, and nonsense is very good for the purpose. ~ Boswell Carma's Corner: http://www.users.qwest.net/~carmapaden/
