To you with children: how do you fill them up?

I make sure they eat alot of good food and fat at mealtimes and then they

don't usually need to eat to much at other times. If they do need a snack , it

is generally some apple, some cheese and some nuts.

Its true...since starting nt,my kids eat three meals a day and don't really ask

for a lot of inbetween snacks any more. They really like the food mostly. We

do a lot of smoothies using homemade yogurt, frozen fruits, and maple syrup.

They also like fruit a lot and eggs. My biggest challenge is packing school

lunch. My daughter wants me to send a treat because all the other kids get

treats in their lunches. I think I'll buy a dehydrator so I can make fruit

leathers for treats and wrap them in colored cellophane with a ribbon. :)
