Hi Shari,

Thank you very much. I am trying so hard to be careful with what I feed him.

Sincerely

Sue- AS far as I know Toffuti Ice cream won't guarantee it's GFCF status

because it has ingredients with natural flavors that come from a seperate

source who won't reveal ingredients...so it's up to parents. We use it with

no problem, but some have issues with the ice cream...We used to use epsom

salt bath, but my son kept drinking the water, and it can cause diahrea if

ingested so we stopped until he stops...hope this helps-Shari

know if anyone else gives their kids epsom salt baths? I read somewhere that

is supposed to help with phenol sulphur transphase, I think it was in Karyn

Seroussi's book. Does that mean that by giving him epsom salt baths that

this will stop the hyperactivity when he eats a banana or an apple?

That's OK Sue, I know how hard this diet seems at first, we are going on the

big " 8 month " and are waiting to have his peptide levels tested. (It should

have been 8 days ago, but he got strep, and we want his bacterial levels

tested too, this would have thrown it off)-Shari
