Guest guest
When making whey from raw milk, does it 'suddenly' separate? It's been 4 days and I have only 2 layers: a tiny layer of yellowish cream on top of a jar wholly filled with white milk. Anybody? Thanks! You will see an obvious third layer appear at the bottom: clear yellowish liquid. BTW, I leave the lid off and cover with a folded paper towel. Guest guest
Just keep waiting. It took mine 5 or six days. When I wasn't sure, I poured it through a cheesecloth everyday until one day it didn't all pour through - then it was done.
