Do you know how their cows are fed, and what breed

they are (the cows, not the people)?

Yes, the cows are fed certified organic milo, certified organic corn, no animal

proteins, also organic hay or green chop. The cows are Holsteins. They are

given no hormones. One bummer I just found out when I called them--the cows are

fed certified organic soybeans...probably disqualifies them for about everyone

on this list...
