Guest guest
I was diagnosed with Graves many months ago and had RAI. I went hypo with a severe drop in about 6 weeks. I landed in the hospital due to the fact my levels became so low I could not wake up. I received IV Synthroid. I havebeen on a progressive does since then and now am up to 150mg of Synthroid. I am doing better but some of the symptoms linger. What I need to know is... what now? I have gain a TON of weight and I feel like this is now a life sentenance. I need to have help with what foods are the right thing to consume and what i need to do to get be back on track. I am so angry about all of this. I do not want to have to fight this for the rest of my life. Weight has always been an issue for me. I now have this " disease " that makes it an affliction. I am hoping that I can get some insight on all of this so I dont feel like this is a life sentence. Please let mesee that there is a light at the end of this tunnel. Thanks... from Indiana
