If you are looking for weight loss, it's pretty effective. As far as fruit goes, they may or may not have a point. It supposedly causes digestion problems, because fruit wants to go sailing through your digestive tract. Meat and complex carbs want to hang out for a while. I don't have my NT handy at the moment, but I think I remember Sally addressing this food combining issue. Problem with these food combining diets is they keep foods separate that should actually be put together for maximum nutrient benefit. I personally love any fruit and cheese combo.
