Hi everyone. I have read all the posts . Well, I have been a post

op for 50 days and I have lost 42 pounds. I feel great but I notice

at at certain times during the day I can eat alittle more than

others. Breakfast time is tough. I get full very quickly. But just

to share with everyone, I find that eating 4 or 5 little meals a day

is what works for me. If I eat a little more for dinner I eat over

an hour. Right from the beginning, I ate things that had alot of

zinc and iron. I ate tuna and liver pate and lots of lentile soup,

etc. Well, I just went for my bloodwork and every number is good.

So, I think it is important to learn what foods havd aloy of natural

nutients and eat them. Now I am eating nuts and pumpkin seeds have

great zinc. Well, I think if we eat a variety of foods which I must

do because now I have trouble eating the same things 2 days in a

row.I hope this helps some of you and I wish everyone love and
