Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I purchased the parasite cleanse from Dr hulda s website for $76.84. It includes Black Walnut Hull Tincture, Wormwood caps, Cloves caps, Arginine, Ornithine For $76.84. If pumpkin seeds is the only thing that gets rid of tapeworms and flukes, I got ripped off, because someone purchased the para90 from Aim for less then 20 bucks. The para90 had Black Walnut Hull Tincture, Wormwood caps, Cloves, Pumpkin seeds and lots of other Herbs. I would like feedback from everyone about this. Thanx in advance. Guest guest
>>Speaking of FPI, I was extremely disappointed when I asked for a rose otto sample, (received my order yesterday-so I am not one of these people that ask for free stuff) and I was given pelargonium graveolens var. roseum! Imagine people that don't know better, or can not afford to analyse the oils. << For one..its a SAMPLE and its free - it didnt come out of your pocket book - it came out of theirs, so dont complain.. two..maybe it was just a MISTAKE..which im sure everyone here has made from time to time. Instead of bashing them, why dont you just call them and ask? I deal with them on a weekly basis and have NEVER had a problem with them. They are nice, kinda and curtious to their clients. People need to relax a bit before taking off on rants - especially when it involves a freebie!! Guest guest
Hi, Everyone! I feel like I know you all since I read posts from both boards everyday. I'm a most of the time lurker and sometimes poster. I'll try to be better about posting every now and then - I think it really helps to motivate us all. I quit nursing our last baby about 6 weeks ago, so FINALLY, I'm beginning to lose the pregnancy weight. I don't typically lose any of it until I quit nursing. Baby is now 2 years old, so Mama is ready to get back in shape. He was a preemie and we had a really rough pregnancy and delivery. Add to that the fact that I'm 40 . . . . well, the task of getting back into shape has seemed daunting at times. I'm faithfully doing Lifelift twice a day. I use the tapes (the original and #1) as a guide. I plan on ordering Oxygen Zoo since my children (12 yod, 6 yos, and 2 yos) love to do the LL with me. We homeschool, so it is easy for us to work in our tapes twice a day. Rashelle, thanks so much for the wonderful program. You have given me so much hope that I can get my body back. So far, I've lost 10 lbs doing LL. This is truly one of the very best things I've found for overall fitness. I can't say enough good things about what your inspirational board means to me. I've fought postpartum depression with this baby since we wanted more children, and our family must now be complete. You have truly given me hope in that I don't have to look or feel old (40 has been traumatic, for some reason *g*) - You've given me the inspiration to develop goals at this transition time in my life. God Bless You, and thank you so much. I appreciate all of you on the board and, while I probably won't post as often as most of you, I'm reading your posts and finding support every day. Thank you all. Love, Melinda )
Guest guest
Hi Melinda, You can do it, I am 40 also. I have four children and the youngest will be 4 in May. I also went through some depression after my last baby because I wanted more, but my husband thought I was too old to have more. My mother had my brother when she was 40, and seeing how she is now, I think I agree with my husband. My brother totally wore my parents out! congratulations on your inch loss! Keep with it, the pounds will continue to come off. ~Karma http://loaves-n-fishes.com My on-line health food store with over 200 manufacturers, and over 5,000 products! http://www.karma.awarenesshealth.com Awareness Products, parasite and colon cleanses, Mediterranean botanicals http://www.andale.com/gallery?cid=6262336 & mid=1 & pId=2 Current auctions on e-bay Re: Digest Number 609 Hi, Everyone! Guest guest
Wow Melinda, you are doing great!!! Losing 10 lbs already with LL! It will come, and you will be back into shape before you know it. I am not losing much wt, per say but my body is getting firmer and firmer and I'll be 52 this yr, So I feel really good about that, and have no doubts that I will be in better shape at 52 than I was at 30. I'm convinced that with LL you can firm up your body at any age, and that is so important as we get older. I want to be able to run and play with my grandkids and not worry about my body shutting down, because I have not taken care of it. I've done all kinds of exercise and have never found anything equal to lifelift. I know that I am not only strengthing my outside body but am also strengthing my internal organs. so hang in there, you're on the right track and doing great!!! luv, Re: Digest Number 609 >Hi, Everyone! > >I feel like I know you all since I read posts from both boards everyday. Guest guest
Hello Francesca and everyone, Francesca asked for my Xylitol sweetener/bonebuilder source, so here's the Beyond a Century blurb. Haven't looked for cheaper sources- lazy me. MM XYLITOL. Non-insulin producing sugar-alcohol looks and tastes like sucrose but a bit sweeter and “cooler” in the mouth. Found in many fruits & vegetables, it is produced from birch wood or starch. Has anabolic, anticatabolic and immune stimulating effects, and fights fatigue from strenuous aerobic and anaerobic activities with its antioxidant and ATP increasing properties. Studies show it inhibits bacteria that cause dental caries, plaque, mouth sores & ear infections by coating the bacteria so that they are less likely to adhere to cells. Use with green tea for a mouthwash you can drink. Only 2.4 Calories per gram, and a glycemic index of 7. Our best sweetener! 1 lb., $6.00. Guest guest
Jim, I am lifting and copying the list of possible California revision surgeons from the page compiled by Cheryl during her pre-surgery database binge. This does not constitute a recommendation on my part, as I have no experience with any of them. There is one Los Angeles surgeon on this list. Have you contacted him? I am quite concerned that you keep posting the same question here, and never seem to have any progress to report. Please, Jim, no one can get this ball rolling but you! Guest guest
Tammy, Most doctors don't put any fill in at the time of surgery, it is a healing phase for the first 6 weeks, I had to have 2 cc put in at surgery to help keep my band in place, so don't be surprised when your doc tells you you have to wait 6 or 8 weeks for a fill. Once you find your "sweet spot" the weight will come off. The safe rate is 1-3 pounds per week. At 18 weeks this thursday I am at 2.33 pounds per week. Time does go by fast and you will be there before you know it. Best of luck to you in your band journey. Penny, you are doing great! I think we are at the same spot though, just need a little more and I think I will have found my sweet spot. I am going to schedule for .5 cc after my vacation at the end of March. My wedding is 8 months away. I hope to be at my goal by then, but just having everyone and I mean everyone notice my weight loss makes it feel like I am already there. Take care everyone. Guest guest
Willis - My surgery has been over two years now, and with every fill I get this problem becomes worse. Some days I can eat 2 slices of pizza with no trouble at dinner time. Other days, I take one bite of chicken and I throw up for 10 minutes! The best way to keep things consistent is to make sure you are hydrated from day to day. I often notice that the days I have the hardest time are when I'm not drinking enough. And always, take tiny bites so you can better judge how tight you are before it's too late!
