Potatoe and Leek soup

Wow, I just finished making this and its one of the best soups I've

ever had. And realize that I cannot say this about my own cooking

very often! I followed the NT recipe except that I added heavy cream

(instead of creme fresh) just before blending the soup, didn't bother

with the food processor, and used a goodly amount of salt and pepper.

I think the chicken stock is probably the secret. I'm hooked.

By the way you did a Dan Qualye on the Potato. Singular: Potato. Plural:

Potatoes.

Plural:

I knew that, I just wanted to see if anyone else did. ;)

In other news, the pan sauce for my steak came out perfect today.

Didn't seperate or anything. Its been a good cooking day :)
