Guest guest
Wow, I just finished making this and its one of the best soups I've ever had. And realize that I cannot say this about my own cooking very often! I followed the NT recipe except that I added heavy cream (instead of creme fresh) just before blending the soup, didn't bother with the food processor, and used a goodly amount of salt and pepper. I think the chicken stock is probably the secret. I'm hooked.
