Nope, my experience has been the opposite, folks who can't stand milk will be

able to drink raw milk.

I have been drinking raw milk for several years and never once became

ill as a result.

Same here. Been drinking raw goats' milk since 1994 and have never gotten sick

as a result.

Have been told that raw milk contains naturally ocurring hormones that

facilitate sleep. Maybe someone else can provide you with a primary

source verifying that.

What is it about raw milk that helps me sleep so well? Is it all the

minerals? I previously had insomnia from my hypoglycemia and now I sleep

well and remember lots of dreams. I forgot to drink a large glass before

bed the other night and woke up at about 3 a.m. like clock work unable to

go

to sleep again. I drank some then, it took about an hour to get back to

sleep and then I had lots of dreams and got up late; I faintly remember

waking up but was so relaxed that I went right back to sleep.

I am going to Lancaster, Ca. in June and worry about not being able to

sleep

if I can't get raw milk.

I thought dreams happened when you didn't sleep well. I was told that you dream

only when you are falling asleep or waking up - i.e., not in a deep sleep. Have

I been mislead?
