Clarified versus Centrifuged Butter Oil?

Hello All--

I read in NAPD that Weston Price preferred to centrifuge the butter

oil he gave as a nutritional supplement. Do I remember reading that

the top of the oil after being centrifuged contained more of the

nutrients than the whole butter oil before it was centrifuged?

Wetzel is again making his clarified and his centrifuged grass-

fed butter oil available from Nebraska, if some of you are not on his

customer mailing list.

Can anyone share the advantages of the centrifuged product over

simply clarified butter oil?
