Whether there is or not may not be entirely the point. Nutrition often doesn't necessarily improve existing conditions since health is a cumulative experience. If you were deficient in DHA and vitamin A as a child/fetus and were exposed to too many carbs, you're probably going to have irreversible eye problems no matter what.
