My kids and I got bored yesterday for about 10 minutes and they don't like those things anyway, so..... had a great time watching them go. I'll do just about anything once. Within reason, well, ok, maybe not so much within reason, but definitely within the law. Also, regarding the protein supplements. I stopped drinking my protein shakes over the winter, just couldn't deal with anything cold to drink. Anyway, the weight loss stopped and started not feeling as well as I had been. Started them back up the other morning and have noticed a significant difference in how I feel. Now that the warmer weather is coming (or trying to at least) I am really pushing the protein supps, as in shakes, at least 1-2 times per day. You really have to go with how you feel. My surgeon is pretty laid back and feels that whatever makes you feel good and helps continue the weight loss, go for it. He said that he gets different feedback from each patient about what works for them. As long as we're healthy and continue our follow-ups and are doing well, he's happy.
