The best food for breakfast and when to eat

I usually start the day high protein with fat as well. I had read somewhere to

eat 'brain food' in the morning for kids and just kept doing it.

Does anyone know if it makes a big difference what time of day you eat most of

your protiens, most of your carbs, most of your veggies, etc?

Bacon and eggs, properly soaked oatmeal with lots of butter or cream,

leftovers, soup, waffles with properly soaked flour and lots of

butter etc...
