Guest guest
I usually start the day high protein with fat as well. I had read somewhere to eat 'brain food' in the morning for kids and just kept doing it. Does anyone know if it makes a big difference what time of day you eat most of your protiens, most of your carbs, most of your veggies, etc? Grace, a Augustine I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you enough ''Hello's " to get you through the final goodbye. --anonymous ----- Original Message ----- From: justinbond Sent: Sunday, April 14, 2002 11:43 PM Subject: Re: The best food for breakfast > Hi ! Bacon and eggs, properly soaked oatmeal with lots of butter or cream, leftovers, soup, waffles with properly soaked flour and lots of butter etc...
