all coke products are GFCF but never ever ever give any ASD kid ANYTHING

with artificial sweeteners like aspartame or nutrasweet in it. they lower

the seizure threshold and with ASD kids, it's already low enough!!

me thinking about other hidden sources of gluten. My son occassionally

drinks my diet soda (well, not anymore). So here's my question, Are there

other common sources of hidden gluten that I should be aware of?

The list is a good place to reference, also in many cases the manufacter

will have an 800 number or website listed on the package. I also want to

add that, in my opinion, we need to become like detectives, constatly

asking, " Could this have gluten in it? " Never assume that any product is

gluten free because it doesn't " seem " like it would have gluten in it.
