The TN Department of Agriculture will be here next week to inspect the dairy

operation (start to finish), our pet food, and chicken processing.

We need information supporting the use of RAW milk products for pet food.

Scientific data carries the most weight with these people.

Here are our products and we need reasons for _each_ of them, particularly

yogurt and buttermilk.

Cow milk products: Milk, cream, whey, buttermilk, yogurt, kefir, colostrum,

cheeses (soft, semi-soft, and hard).

Goat milk products: Milk, whey, yogurt, kefir, colostrum, cheeses (soft,

semi-soft, and hard).

We also need SPECIFIC, SCIENTIFIC data and information as to why BARF is

best.
