Guest guest
Hello Everyone: Papaya :No-More Pores " Double Mask Treatment Good for: all skin types, except sensitive and sunburned Use: One time per week Follow with: moisturizer Mix with: mortar and pestle, or small bowl and fork Store in: Do not store. Mix as needed Yields: 1 treatment Special: Mask is slightly bleaching and leaves a wonderful glow upon the skin 1/4 cup freshly mashed papaya 1 tsp. fresh pineapple juice (optional) Mask #1 Mash the papaya and combine with the pineapple juice (if available) until thouroughly mixed and smooth. Gently pat this into face and neck. Try to lie down and rest while this mask is doing it's job. You may want to place a towel around your head and behind your neck as this mask can be a bit runny. Your face will probably tingle a bit- relax, it just means the ingredients are working properly. Rinse. The papaya and pineapple contain an enzyme which helps dissolve and lift away dirt skin scales which can, over time, build up on your skin and leave a dull appearance. Mask #2 Now apply the basic clay mask (see previous recipe) using strong sage or rosemary tea in place of the milk, cream or water to mix the clay. If your skin is especially sensitive, use cream as your liquid. Apply as directed. Dry skin types may want to apply a thin layer of moisturizer first, then proceed with the clay mask. All skin types should apply moisturizer after the second mask. Results: After you've applied your moisturizer, look closely at your face. It should look smoother and more refined. I do this treatment as often as I can when I can get fresh, ripe papaya and pineapple. (Author's note) Hope folks are benefiting. Anyone trying any of these recipes? Enjoy. Guest guest
>Hi Kareemah, I was wondering if you have ever seen any recipes for helping with cea? This is not such an unusual problem among people of Celtic origins. I am of mostly Irish decent, with a little English and Italian through in for variety, so here I am with cea. I am following the advice of Dr's Alan Gaby and Johathan , and getting B12 and B complex shots three times a week. My wonderful husband, Dave, gives me these shots. I also take HCL, digestive enzymes and acidophilis. I saw a marked improvement after starting the shots, although I feel certain everything I take is helping my digestion and thus my skin too, to some extent. Now I am trying coconut oil internally and directly on my face. Since it is ant- microbial and antifungal I thought it might help. I stick to the NT way of eating very carefully. My skin continues to improve, but I am always on the look out for new treatments, which do not imvolve drugs. You certainly sound like someone who might know of other treatments. Guest guest
Hello: I'm sorry that I have never heard of this condition before. I will look it up in a book that I have though and get back to you, if I find anything. Kareemah
