Dr. G did discuss this with me as well -- I asked him whether I should have a slightly longer channel b/c of IBS. He said it wouldn't matter (ie. wouldn't make my spastic colon condition any better/worse). He says he will do the 'standard' 100 cm. I have about 130 lbs to lose.
