From Joy Tong- new wesite and name change

Dear Parents:

On behalf of all of us at ASK, please allow me to wish you a Happy and

Healthy New Year and thank you all for your continued support throughout the

year 2005. This year ASK will celebrate its third anniversary and we plan to

offer more programs, activities and support services that we hope will more

than meet your needs. We try our utmost to reach as many concerned parents

as possible by finding better and effective ways to improve our services.

Each time a new parent joins the ASK network, seeking assistance for his or

her child's particular needs, we all benefit.

We are very excited about the many new plans that we will be unveiling in

the coming few weeks. The most significant of which is our new name and the

recognition of ASK as a Swiss Association.

Changing our Name to ASK - ALL SPECIAL KIDS

In January 2006, we will change our name from ASK-Anglophone Special Kids to

ASK - ALL SPECIAL KIDS in order to embrace all special kids and their

families. In an environment where all international people co-exist with

each other, we believe our new name will encourage all nationalities to

reach out to ASK.

Establishing " ALL SPECIAL KIDS " as a Swiss Association will provide the

financial structure to enable us to expand our services while complying

fully with Swiss Law. These improvements do, however, come with a price,

but we are confident that the benefits will greatly outweigh the expense.

We are also very excited to be unveiling a brand new website

" allspecialkids.org " that is still under construction and will be fully

functional within the next three weeks. Tim Frogley has provided invaluable

assistance in creating a fresh and welcoming appearance to our new site.

Thank you Tim and thanks to all of you, who have supported us by attending

our previous workshops and seminars. (The money you contributed has allowed

us to get professional help for our new website.)

Again, on behalf of ASK, thank you for sharing our successes and we look

forward to our continued collaboration in 2006 and hope that you will

continue to support ASK in all our endeavors. Our calendar of activities

will follow next week.
