How much superfood do you eat bianca?

I tried adding it to my morning shake, but it's a bit too salty with the

nutritional yeast in there. So now I just use powdered grasses without

the

yeast. I do LOVE superfood on popcorn, though! :))

******Suze,

I eat two tablespoons a day mixed in water (yuck!!!!!). I do prefer

making my own superfood mix when I'm not being lazy :-) because I don't

particularly care for nutritional yeast from a health standpoint. During

my yearly fast I will sometimes take superfood twice a day (4

tablespoons). Then I have it mixed with juice and water.

Hi a,

I am the Bianca on live food.

My Superfood is bought from Dr. Schulze at 1(800)herbdoc, although lately

I have taken to making it myself since I don't really care for the

nutritional yeast since it is heated. A lot more leg work that way

(having to locate the ingredients that meet my standard)...but oh well.

Nonetheless, if you are not as scrupulous about these things as me, you

should find his product to be quite helpful.

Bianca
