Guest guest
Hi Nil, Well this is interesting. I just bought a digital BP monitor after my manual sphygmomanometer bit the dust. Without the 3 minute wait - sitting: 95/61 - P 93 standing: 127/93 - P 105 With the 3 min wait until I stood up. sitting: 113/73 - P 94 standing: 100/61 - P 100 digital BP monitors Hi all It is said that one needs to wait for at least three minutes between successive measurements while using digital BP monitors. How do you solve this problem while taking a measurement. Do you wait for 3 minutes before you stand up or can we just ignore this? thanks a lot. Nil/
