From what I understand, raw milk will turn to yogurt if you just leave it at room teperature long enough. I buy my yogurt from the same dairy I get raw milk in quarts, and when I want to make my own I just put milk into the container, leave it in a warm place for a few hours, and it turns to yogurt. No pasteurizing necessary. It'd probably keep better if I pasteurized it, but I like it so much that it doesn't have to keep long. AP -- Aviation is more than a hobby. It is more than a job.
