Nope, I have a woman in town who makes the greatest little " brownies " which are a meal in themselves. They are great tasting and filling so if I'm lazy I pop one of them into my mouth. Guest guest
At times like this I won't waste my time and energy going to the store. I'll just eat a few eggs (raw or slightly cooked or sauteed), some butter and/or cream (or sour cream), or some meat or fish. Or just drink a 2 or 3 glasses of raw goat milk I have access to. Before that I'd just drink some home made kefir. None of that requires more that 5 minutes to prepare but is tasty and nutritious. Roman Alec wrote: > I have been using NT since November.
